By using PodCore, you agree to be bound by the YouTube Terms of Service.

Our Service utilizes YouTube API Services to access and process video content. Your use of YouTube content through our Service is subject to YouTube's Terms of Service, which are incorporated by reference into these Terms.

3. Description of Service

PodCore is a service that:

  • Generates AI-powered summaries of YouTube videos
  • Creates audio versions of these summaries
  • Allows users to subscribe to channels for automatic brief delivery
  • Stores and manages your brief library

4. User Accounts and Registration

To use certain features of the Service, you must register for an account. You agree to:

  • Maintain the security of your password and account

  • Access all briefs in your library through your dashboard

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, SECURE, OR ERROR-FREE.

11. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, LUZ LABS, INC. SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.
